Froyo: Hassle-free Personal Array Management using XFS and DM seems really interesting. I have a server (haswell Xeon w/ CentOS 7.2), and am using xfs. I was planning on redoing it once btrfs becomes stable (maybe RHEL 8?), but Froyo looks interesting, and uses the rock solid XFS.

XFS was some years ago sensitive to repeated power loss, hardware failure due to a lot of memory usage or hardware corruption, but things may have changed. Don't forget to use UPS or diesel generator. Also I don't know if it is good choice to SSD due to trim.

The btrfs space tree cache slides were very interesting.
I'm curious as to what affect it'll have on pts loads.
