    i disabled cpufreq and rely on the intel idle driver now. Its more efficient i believe(and so did an intel dev) but i didnt test it.
    note that cpufreq can cause latency in the scheduler and but i believe the idle driver does as well, but then i wouldnt have nay power saving at all.
