      If you're aware of any specific issues, please mention them on IRC or file bugs. I'm not aware of any bit of xf86-video-nouveau being broken on PPC, although depending on the configuration, other bits might be.

        GLAMOR on my sandbrige sucked power like crazy. Nvidia cards have hardware dedicated 2D acceleration. I'm glad imirkin and the X.Org devs decided to give us the option to use it instead of requiring the power hungry GLAMOR.
