The recently-released Wayland 1.12 has landed in openSUSE Tumbleweed, but as far as I know the GNOME or KDE editions of Tumbleweed are yet to use Wayland by default.
Not default, but you just have to install plasma5-session-wayland and then choose that session at login. Quite solid since 5.7 with single-monitor, multi-mon still really, really broken.

Or "gnome-session-wayland" for GNOME. That one exists for Leap 42.1 as well.

single-monitor conf gives no better result. Yeah, widgets and stuff are all where they should be but performance is non-existing. Twice whole thing froze after clicking on K menu. Tried on 2 different systems. One with Nvidia, another with Radeon GPU.
