    Ubuntu 16.10 have Chrome 53.
    I hope Chrome 54 gets pushed out too.

    I would really like to see Chrome support Wayland though.

      If you're using Chrome you should get new versions right? It's Chromium that doesn't.

            a few releases ago it was unstable but it seems stable now using it for a week on gentoo,

              This release is broken when used in 120Hz monitors. Video playback is choppy, scrolling is choppy, everything is choppy. A huge stutter-fest.

              Dog-feeding Linux users :-(
