KDE Applications 16.12 also ships a number of KDE Frameworks 5 packages that were formerly kdelibs4-based,
Michael : I think this should be "KDE Frameworks 5 based packages".
I'm really happy about konqueror! I love that browser...

          What a lazy news item.

No longer being shipped in KDE Applications 16.12 is KDEPIM, KUser, KDE-BaseApps, and KDEWEBDEV.
kdepim: Still being shipped, but with split tarballs.
kde-baseapps: Still being shipped (minus kdepasswd), but with split tarballs.
kdewebdev: Still being shipped, but with split tarballs.
          kuser: Gone for good
