Expanding ports tree is all fine but it sucks that some ports are not being maintained. For example Cinnamon port does not simply work in 11-RELEASE. It crashes and not for me only according to FreeBSD forums. Not to mention the really old version (2.4.6.3 while latest is 3.2 AFAIK)
