      The new extensions seem to be more about how Vulkan is implemented rather than something that would be limited by the hardware. I think I saw someone post that they had patches for these extensions already but were waiting for the spec to be released- they instead just submitted some bug fixes that were required first. So hopefully that means Radv and Anv already support these.

        Probably all. They're VK_KHR_. They can't just run around and change hardware requirements before the API is even adopted. That's what alpha and early beta stages are for.
