so much lies around for example AMD's first day catalyst linux support then you buy a hd7970 on release date and but the card into your linux system and then? Trolololololol you are DOOMED for more than 2 weeks and then Bridgman our hero pops up and manage to push out a alpfa/beta bug-lie-ware link from the internet to fix there linux "lies"
then the FACT that the linux catalyst is ALWAYS hold back if the windows catalyst is in microsoft Microsoft WHQL driver Zertification imagine this the linux users do have BUGS and AMD do have the fIX ready but they PREVER to hold back the driver for 3-4 weeks only with a "secret plan" to hurt linux! (in this case to not favor linux over windows has the same effect)
then the Marketshare calculation of "Linux" andorid is not calculated as a "Linux" Trolololololol and ubuntu is not calculated as linux because its ubuntu and redhat is not calculated as linux because its redhat and suse is not linux its suse! you know? LOL because of this the andorid money goes into the catalyst driver team because you know the customers don't care they only get a pice of shit with the name hardware and the only usefull think they can do with it is to put it into the paperbox!
also you know linux is only the factor of warez windwos in the statistic! linux do have ZERO market share because they all install "windows" you know?
then the OEM LIE LOL.... in the world of AMD you never buy a AMD graphic card only OEM buy AMD products and they make sure that if you buy a graphiccard dirctly from AMD a Radeon HD 6550D for example you only get 10% of the speed with the "radeon" to make sure you get a slower CPU than the intel product and a slower GPU than the intel product to make sure you never buy a AMD product again if you want to use opensource drivers. and don't even try to buy a OEM product you will not get any support from AMD because you never buyed any chip from amd!
the message is clear: fuck of and buy Intel or We piss on your grave!
Since neither nvidia nor amd care as much about linux as we would like to lets get matter in our own hands. Lets ask current developers what needs to be done and assign bounties to each tasks (like summer of code by google). We should use kickstarter or something like that to raise funds. Money is like universal language ;) Lets face it - it will never happen otherwise or it will happen in such slow pace that linux will always be behind.
...There is nothing "nutjob" about that - except maybe for YOU, and that's sad.
