Matrox M-Series, OpenSource driver coming???

Since Matrox 'opened' the driver code of M-Series cards, anyone know if someone being developing a linux opensource (or not) driver for Matrox M-Series???

That sounds awfully like the usual, you can see the source if you're ordering 10k cards anyway.
