Angry Birds already were in the livingroom, both via tellies and via some consoles.
So... raspberry pi with a better CPU and a controller?
And FYI: Lots of Android devices have HDMI OUT, and bluetooth, which are really the only requirements in making them into a "console" or HTPC.
