Yeah well... too bad^^ My next HTPC will get a good CPU anyways, as I plan on using it for MAME and other stuff, too. I have ordered a Raspberry Pi, too, which will probably only act as a simple...
Hm...
I've been using the XVBA branch for a while now... not that my 3Ghz Quadcore needs it, but it's still nice to see "no" CPU load, even with high bitrate h264. No sure why there's so much...
Yes, the colors are idiotic...
if you want better color schemes use color brewer (http://colorbrewer2.org/). Also, some of the charts may look nice (the "half moonish" thing), but it makes...
How's the power consumption going in and out of standby?
And as usual, your only reason of existence is to point this out to "us"?
Anyways... I am happy with the added dual head config stuff, as I had some problems with it. Didn't try 10.8 yet, but I...
You mostly don't need Flash for Youtube anymore anyways... just use a browser with WebM or HTML video tag support and you are set to go... sadly the embedded videos in other websites still mandate...

Well, I am just now learning to really program stuff at University (for the past 2 years), but mostly in Java, though we do use C# (Silverlight) and C++ (OpenGL) too.
I am not NEARLY skilled...
Works well on my Vaio E too...
also i have no problems with OGL software (well, I only tried Tux Racer, BillardGL and some others) either. Only activating Compiz freezes the settings window (but...
Works^^ (tried Tux Racer and some other OGL games), but enabling compiz crashes the window (though not the x-server or anything).
Ooooohhh, nice!
Thx for the info, Cuppa... gonna try it now!

As the GPU is still new and 10.4 isn't even officially...
Never worked in Ubuntu 10.4 to say the least (only got the laptop some weeks ago and never tried anything beside that).
