    Hmm... to be honest, I ought to think we should put a separate forum for the contest and have one submission as one thread. It's getting a bit cluttered. And I personally don't want to see other submissions while I'm having technical difficulties with the fonts.

    Here's one that's a bit of a work in progress but I wanted to post it now anyway. The only thing I'm likely to change is the addition of an indicator on the gauge at the top. (I'd like to incorporate FOSS in the green with Windows in the red area, but that level of detail wouldn't hold up to scaling down.)

    Oh, you don't have to use the font - feel free to use anything that you feel works. The font was just provided in case you did want to use it.

    I actually preferred to use it... but well, if I can't, then I guess I'll have to get busy with my own thing.

    I just realized I put "Testing" instead of "Test". Fixed that. Here's my first go at the favicon and application icon as well:
