I have a Geforce 4MX:

... and I'm using the 96.xx beta on xorg-1.4.2.

I'm running Enlightenment-0.17 and using the composite extension, and E17's 'bling' module, which is a port of xcompmgr ( woohoo! ).

When the transparency of a window changes ( happens when window focus changes ... which is quite a lot for me ), or when I change desktops, I get the entire screen flashing, and large ( ie screen-size ) triangular objects ( triangles I suppose ... ) visible for a fraction of a second. It's very annoying. The same happens if I just use good old xcompmgr.

I can run compiz on this setup, and it works fine. So the problem is just with nvidia's composite implementation. Does anyone know what's happening and how to stop it?
