EUDE/ATAPI adapter?

I have an old IBM thinkpad T42 that was retired few months ago due to repeated fan problem. Recently I decided to build a small Intel Atom desktop to be a backup file server and wanted to used some old hardware from that T42. It was easy with the laptop HDD where I just drop $5 for an adapter. However, I have no idea what to do with the DVDRW drive (the usual laptop slim kind). I am actually not sure what's the name of the connector. I am curious if there is some kind of IDE adapter for that??

It's called 50-pin ata. Adapters for IDE:

Some manufacturers do use their own connectors though, yours might not be the standard one.
