    Exclamation Intermittent system freeze

    Hello good people of the INTERNET

    Ok here my spec

    P4 3.0 @ 3.6 1 Gb of ram
    HD 2600 Pro AGP

    Mandriva Linux 2009 latest catalyst driver 9.2

    Here is my problem When compiz is enable (And also in some game like Glest even when compiz is disable) I have intermittent system freeze that last from a few second up to 45,60 sec. X become completely unresponsive. No mouse no Keyboard. This happen the most often when I'm using Firefox to browse the web or when watching a video (X11 output).

    So anybody has a clues has to why or how ?

    Just to be clear, the system freezes for a while then starts running normally again ?

    If you pastebin your xorg log and dmesg output there might be some clues there.

    yes compiz just run fine after

    here is what in my xorg.log
