Has anyone else noticed the following issue? On x86_64 Fedora 10 (with testing updates enabled) and the fglrx 9.2 package installed from rpmfusion, I am seeing a regression in the performance with pymol with these drivers. While fglrx 9.1 worked fine, I find that the Demos in pymol are drawn very slowly and the entire Pymol viewer window flashes. This problem doesn't occur with the radeon drivers.
