That's no new driver, just the status has been changed from PRE-release to release driver. I would use 185.xx series if it works.

185.18.10 works fine for me. Granted I have no choice but to use beta drivers, as I have a GTX 275. I have no complaint about its stability but I don't push it very hard, as I use only my desktop and World of Warcraft with Wine.
