This looks like a really, really nice HTPC, though you completely forgot to test the audio outputs! (at least I can't find something about it)
In my opinion the Nvidia Ion platform is extremely nice as a HTPC because compared to Intel graphic cards it supports VDPAU. For a nice HTPC it really is important to know if 5.1 channel audio through HDMI will work correctly. Also it is important to know if the audio through HDMI does not work, one can fall back to the integrated coaxial or optical SPDIF output and if that supports at least 5.1 audio channels.
These are really important thing to me you should consider when testing such a Nvidia Ion based platform.
