Phoronix: NVIDIA Releases An OpenGL 3.2 Driver Update

Yay! I was using 190.09 on my 9800M GT, but 190.16 locked up the computer when GDM was starting. I'm going to try 190.18 now.

We can say what we want about NVIDIA, that they do a lot of comercial to sell theyr cards etc...
But the work for Linux drivers is just awesome.

I've a 8600MGT and I'm on Karmic beta (always keeping up to date).
Before I had an ATI mobile, and omg, the pain to make it work correctly...

    NVIDIA
They really do listen to people when there's a problem, and at moment I can only say that it's only brand of gpu cards worth it to use with linux.
Good perf, good drivers, always keeping up to date.

    (Thank you).

Ubuntu users who don't like using the blobs can use this PPA.

Well even using a PPA is a blob. blob refers to a binary not the installer type.
