KDE on ReactOS

Not quite "Desktop Linux", but it would fit in "Desktop on open source OSes".

Well, there's KDE for windows (windows.kde.org), and since ReactOS is supposed to be windows-compatible I guess it's obvious that this should also work on ReactOS.

KDE for Windows barely works on Windows, Windows apps barely work on ReactOS; KDE for Windows working on ReactOS is not that trivial!
