Merge http://linux.dell.com/git/?p=dkms.gi...stinst;hb=HEAD with fglrx-kernel-source.postinst. Eventually we'll find a nice way to conditionally try to see if it's on the system in the DKMS version, but for now it will improve the current setup and allow better building in buildd/sbuild/pbuilder types of environments.
