    You know...there's little good purpose in even broaching the subject in question. UT3's either going to happen or not (I'm betting not at this point, based on all that has transpired to this point...but I'd love to be proven wrong...pleasantly so...)- but going on about it won't make it happen. All you're doing is being a pain with regards to a person that was the contractor- and very unlikely to be the actual root cause of the delay up to this point.
