I won't talk for AMD. However, the following information can now be made available.
Splitted-Desktop Systems (SDS) will be demonstrating his brand new S2360 motherboard at the Embedded Systems Conference (ESC) in Boston. September, 21st - 24th, 2009.

The board is featuring:
- Mini ITX form factor
- AMD S1g3 socket and SDS exclusive (passive) thermal solution
- RS780E IGP and MxM 3.0b capable slot for high-performance graphics
- Other uncommon chipsets include TPM and IPMI suppport
Live demos include HW accelerated H.264 video decoding to an OpenGL texture with AMD XvBA technology. If time permits and I am not too sick tomorrow, another suprise will be cleaned up and prepared for the show.
