    If you can't run them all, it's unstable IMHO.

    I ran orthos for 13 hours with 0 errors and 0 warnings. I guess that means its pretty stable overclock. CPU is at 3.5ghz idles at 37 and on load goes to 53 Thanks for the help all of you.

    Als long as you use a FAST gfx driver about 3 ghz dual is certainly enough for 1080p. If you use fglrx then it seems to depend on the gfx card opengl speed currently. xv is useless there. radeon oss has got no problems with xv and 1080p on the same system (E8400 cpu). With nvidia card you usally have got enough power as you can even use vdpau with ease. Or you can even try vaapi enabled apps using a wrapper.
