my new Rig.......thoughts

Building, and went with AMD/ATI affter loto thought this is my result ..anyone foresee any issues? or not max perform?

CPU- AMD Athlon II X2 240 @ 2.8GHz Dual Core 2mb L2 45nm 65w AM3
MOBO(mATX)-MSI 785GTM-E45 w/785G+SB710 Radeon 4200HD AM2+, HDMI, 512mb Shared, 8GB Ram, PCIe x16 2.0, 6x SATA II, 12x Usb 2.0, 10/100/1000 LAN
PSU- Corsair CX400 400w
Ram - OCZ 4GB DDR2-800 2x 2GB Dual channel 5-5-5-15
HDD- WD Blue 500GB SATA II 7200RPM
DVD- Samsung 22x w/ Lightscribe
Case- AeroCool M40 cube - Very Cool

On Paper this setup looks amazing for the price I paid, I hope this install goes well, it should with the new Catalyst 9.8 Drivers? but one never knows. Anyway your thoughts?

Will be more than enuff performance wise.

I'm just not familiar with the ATI drivers state at this point.
