Gfx card query!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello all......i'm new here,
i'm planning to buy radeon hd4650........just for the sake of nxt 4-5 months and i wanna know that will my cheap generic PSU which is iball 400W will able to handle the card????
there is a reason that i cant change my psu coz my cabinet is microatx( iball baby 306)

Yes, a 400W PSU will handle this card. This is not a power-hungry card, about 10-15W idle and 30-40W on 100% usage.

I am running a 4850 on 420W PSU (granted, it's a Seasonic which is about as far from "cheap generic" as you can get), but even that card doesn't push my power consumption to over 250W full-steam / 112W idle.
