Rather than always having to modify ati-packager.sh to list new code names, always assume that what's spit out by lsb_release is supported for Ubuntu. Use the source target when building if a directory doesn't exist. Everything as far back as gutsy uses symlinks anyway, so this simplifies things. When building with the source target, sign the changes file with the current lsb information rather than whatever's hardcoded
