Intel X4500 or Intel X4500HD?

I'm trying to build a modest desktop. I'd like a comfortably 3D accelerated desktop environment, I'd like to be able to smoothly view high-resolution video, streaming or otherwise, and I'd like to be able to do some light video editing. I don't need support for blu-ray video, and I'm not into gaming.

Would there be any noticeable difference between the Intel X4500 and the X4500HD? Thanks in advance!
