Looking for a mobo with integrated remote management

I'm desiging a server for a home KVM virtulization lab and need some advice. I'm not sure if I'm going to go with nehalem or core yet, so if I can get some suggestions for both that would help a lot.

My MVP feature is being able to log into the Mobo over the network and reboot/view stats etc... in the event of a crash. This mobo seems to have this feature, but it's a bit above what I need (don't really need that much RAM, 2x CPUs, and SATA ports).
