garbage screen on X start

this happens on my ATI PARK PRO VGA, Device ID is 68e0.

when I boot linux to console mode,
and startx or xinit manually, It spears a garbage screen for about 0.5s.

and if I add "NoAccel" "true" or
"NoDRI" "true" in xorg.conf driver section,
it will not happen.

could someone give me suggestion about the garbage screen issue?
