Anyway I forced myself to try install 10.04 LTS even with that slowdown, and there is another problem. Mainly the Partition Editor can't see my disk (it's searching all the time without any result) when I want to set up Partitions manually. I left Laptop for 30 mins and still he couldn't find it. To get sure nothing is wrong from Laptop side I inserted 8.04 LTS disk and Partition Editor founded disk in few seconds.
