    Default Compiz 0.9.0 w/ FGLRX?

    Has anyone tried the new Compiz 0.9.0 with ATI's FGLRX driver? I'm wondering if it works fine, resolves any issues e.g. tearing?

    I'm also curious about this. I'm hoping that with the compiz rewrite and the much clearer documentation it brings, maybe/hopefully the FGLRX developers will finally fix some of the longstanding issues that the driver and compiz have had.
