Will fill this in, but Phoronix is already doing fine for the largest part. However if you want something a little more useful you should add an open answer box at the end to ask readers what they like and dislike about Phoronix. That should help a lot more.

The survey data is meant to be used by the industry people who frequent the site, like Bridgman and that Nvidia guy who sat down for an interview a while back. We also see some of the FOSS xf86-video-* developers here. All these people are quite interested in getting accurate, current data for what Linux users want to see in terms of development focus for GPUs.

It still might be useful to have a general comments box at the end, even if just for capturing miscellaneous thoughts about the linux graphics stack. That, in it of itself, would likely be an unmanageable chunk of data to process, but perhaps a quick summary of key themes coming up in comments (from skimming them or making them available in a separate spreadsheet) should help improve the survey and/or identify future areas to explore.

Michael's position was to fill questionnaire for each item. So if you got got nvidia card with nvidia binary drivers, amd 5xxx card with fglrx, 4xxx card with free drivers, intel IG, fill the questionnaire four times.
