The number of P1 regressions is fortunately still at zero while the P2 regression count is down four but the least severe regressions (P3) are up by ten. GCC 4.5.1 should now be available from the GCC mirrors.

Actually, the least severe regressions are P5. (P3 are simply the least severe of the serious regressions.) They don't even bother to track P4 and P5 regressions for the purpose of release engineering.

Most software organisations don't - quality gates for a release are usually defined as zero P1s, less than X P2s, and and less than Y P3s. Anything less than a P3 isn't important enough to block the release, and may be fixed at leisure later.
