Is there any solution of "unknown symbol SavedScreeninfo" error when using last official (10.7/8.753) catalyst drivers and last (1.8.99) xserver ?

No. Not until AMD releases a Catalyst driver that supports Xorg 1.9

Assuming Ubuntu 10.10 releases with X Server 1.9 then I expect you will see Catalyst driver support no later than the Ubuntu 10.10 release date.

As with previous Ubuntu releases, initial support may be provided via a Ubuntu-specific driver but that support will quickly roll into the regular Catalyst releases.
