There is no such thing as a "good Flash experience". If anything having it installed kills the browsing experience, in the form of hugely annoying ads.

Well, if you don't ever run youtube-like services or play Flash games, I understand your opinion. Don't think everyone in the world is like you though. Obviously you can't get a good Flash experience if nothing you like to run is running on Flash.

For regular desktop users, yes.
There are exceptions, but most of those people already know they will benefit from 64-bit.
ie heavy MySQL users, coders who compile all the time, etc.

I've found that 64bit provides an overall better desktop experience than 32bit.
If the only reason is flash being 32bit, they should take the message down. One proprietary app that is fading away with the advent of HTML5/SVG != justification to spook people away from a hardware platform that has proven itself since 2005.

older Atom's can't run 64-bit either.

Sure they can. My Atom 330 server runs 10.04 x64 just fine.

The 330 is a Diamondville core and is 2 years old. They don't get much older than that.
