Ubuntu: add initial support for delayed builds. Installing the packages with the DONT_BUILD_MODULE env variable set to 1 or after creating /tmp/do_not_build_dkms_module will prevent DKMS from adding the driver to the tree. On next boot an init script will add the driver to the tree, trigger a module build and remove itself.
