That job listing has been on there for over 5 years and as it's been pointed out many times before that listing is more akin for server side of things.

Linux is only mentioned in "Responsibilities", nothing is said of it in the requirements. So that element of it isn't important enough for them to list GNU/Linux experience as necessary.
