Default f13 idles at boot if enter is not pressed

    Hi guys,

I have a weird issue since changing my computer's hardware partially.
The boot process idles and seems to await me pressing the enter button about 10 times every boot up. I can see the hd led going on if I press enter.

At first I thought a new install would fix this, but it didn't.

    2.6.34.6-47.fc13.x86_64

    Hardware I changed recently:
    AMD Athlon II X4 635
    Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H
    4GB DDR3-1333 RAM
Western Digital Caviar Green 2000GB (tried using an other hd, no change)

    Any gusses?

    greets

Probably an interrupt issue. Update the BIOS if a new version is available.
If it still fails or no newer BIOS exists, try booting with "pci=nomsi" kernel parameter.

Thank you, updating the BIOS did the trick!
