Can you tell me that which supplier are reliable? China or Japan?

I found on internet, and find many suppliers, some of them is in Japan, and some in China. As far as I know Japan is be in the right place to China if I am not wrong.
Some claimed that they are in Japan, but their website name includes China, like Chinabuye, Chinavasion etc. I like these sites. But I really have some concern to choose China supplier or Japan supplier, please advise if you know it.

If you choose china, you'll save a lot of money but facing up a lot of risks. However, with Japanese one, it'll take more money but more reliable

What is so special about china suppliers? Japanese suppliers are much more reliable than Chinese ones. If you want to prefer china, talk to them directly
