Unigine Heaven and tessellation with GTS450

Yesterday I installed my new GTS450, replacing my HD5770. I tried to run Heaven with tessellation, but it seems not to work. With the previous card I got a total freeze, but with Nvidia the demo runs, but without any visible change. Im thinking that perhaps my driver version (195) doesnt implements tessellation, am I right about this?

Upgrading your driver to their newest would be the first course of action and of course make sure your using the latest build of Heaven. Earlier builds of Heaven did not enable tessellation on the linux versions.

Im using Heaven 2.1. Im going to check whats the most recent driver available in portage.
