    That's kind of an empty victory though, since Nano's targeting phones and other mobile devices, and has to compete with ARM and AMD (et al.).

    Well when I did Linux stuff with VIA i was trying to get my company to push for more open source drivers but I couldn't get enough support for it, they were happy with VIA the way they do things. But as I said VIA's drivers would probably suck anyway. Their wireless driver is open source and is horribly written and at least at one point require WPA supplicant patches. Really it would probably be better to just get specs from them.
