OCZ Revodrive Phoronix test suite benchmarks

Hi guys,

I recently benchmarked the OCZ Revodrive 128GB with the phoronix test suite. The results are frakking impressive

I didn't see any other Revodrive tests on Phoronix or on Phoronix Global, hope you find this interesting.

I am planning to redo the tests using Linux's software raid rather than the on board (dm)raid on the card, to see if there's any difference.

I just bought an OCZ Revodrive 80GB and I'm having difficulty getting GRUB installed on it. I can activate the dmraid, partition, create the filesystems, and install the base system (Arch Linux), but I can't install GRUB.

Did you use this as your OS drive?

I'm going to try installing grub on a flash drive to see if that will work.....
Any tips are greatly appreciated.

I got mine working by installing grub on a flash drive and booting from that. Here are my results with ext4.
