HTML5 is not yet a standard.but it sure is thinking about becoming one.

If I really wanted to boot into a unsecure Os, I'd boot into something like widnows where I had real system interoperability and a consistnet gui. Like I actually have on this machine. I could boot into ubuntu,winxp win7 or haiku. I like using haiku for web browsing and just general noodling around. Its also great for working on c/c++ programming.

If your going to be on a site dedicated to open source software and its users, prepare to have opensource software users who may or may not have compatable plugins.
