Best configuration for laptop kernel
Greetings,
I usually compile my own kernel for my laptop...
Since last week, I've a kernel configuration question I'd like someone can answer me:
Which is the best kernel HZ configuration for a laptop (I want a balance between performance and power saving), in your opinion...?
1) 300HZ without dynticks? or...
2) 1000HZ with dynticks?
Processor: Core2Duo T7300@2.00GHz
I'm awaiting for some feedback...
Cheers
