I'm trying to conceptualize something...I need some input on it
I think what I want is a personal wiki of sorts, but not sure

Essentially, I want a system for organizing data (documents, custom files, pictures) and a graphical front end for accessing it all.

The kicker is that the relationship between all the data can/will change over time and that
it will hopefully serve a couple of different user groups: 1) Just me 2) My collegues as well 3) a stripped down version for customers for support purposes

...not so much a PIM thing as a ....librarian + reference manual + mind map
