Phoronix News: GIMP 2.2.17 Released

A regression in the GIMP 2.2 branch have led to the release of GIMP 2.2.17. Specifically, this release addresses a regression in the PSD loader and fixes a crash when loading a corrupt PSD file and a minor workaround for Pango.
