Yes i found a Catalyst bug the :

"The Catalyst+Tear-Free+Gpu-Acceleration-flash+Exit-Fullscreen Withe-Screen Bug."

If i use Kubuntu 11.4+Catalyst11.4 on my AGP-based HD4650 system i can not use Tear-Free Desktop because the GPU acceleration from Flash end in an Withe screen if i exit an Fullscreen flash video on youtube.

If i disable the GPU-Acceleration in flash it works and if i disable the tear free desktop the GPU-Acceleration works.

its a Tear-Free VS GPU acceleration bug.

My workaround is to disable the tear-free desktop.

i think catalyst 11.5 fix this bug... because right now i use this driver and tearfree desktop and flash do work normaly...

i get a hd4770 and this bug is there with the catalyst 11-5

on my hd5670 the bug is fixed with the 11.5 driver.

older generations hd4000-hd3000-2000 do not have this bugfix...

stop the tear free desktop fix this....

5 minutes ago i do an dist-upgrade and a new flash version comes in..

now i can not reproduce the bug again...

now my hd4650 and hd4770 and hd5670 are bug free...

Confirming also, that the white screen bug is still here then "tearfree desktop" is enabled.
