These patches will be part of the DRM pull request to then go into the Linux 2.6.40 kernel once its merge window opens...
well, thats a reason to look forward to 2.6.40! thanks phoronix for taking focus on that topic. i hope you guys will also test optimus hardware with the new kernel very soon
